On Saturday, July 29, 2006 at about 11:53 am, Teresa Aguilera-Zavala was found murdered in her home at 3401 Highland Av NE lot 19A in Dogwood Hills Mobile Home Park in Hickory. Teresa Aguilera-Zavala had a stab wound to her abdomen and severe cuts to her neck.

female's body was located in Lake
Norman on July 24, 1997. The female
is possibly of Asian decent, approximately
30-40 years of age, 5'3" in height
and may have weighed about 80 pounds.
The victim had dark hair with a
possible interweave hairpiece.
Her ears were pierced three times.
